Nope. Next Clue.

Ten clues, one answer. A shared-screen guessing game with ready-made mysteries and teacher-created decks.

Nope. Next Clue. home screen with a sample mystery clue and game setup controls.

What it is

Nope. Next Clue. is a teacher-led guessing game for a shared screen. Pick a mystery, reveal one clue at a time, and let the room work toward the answer together.

Each mystery has ten clues. They begin with less obvious hints and become easier as the round goes on, giving the group more to reason with after each guess.

How it plays

The teacher chooses a deck and runs the clues. Students guess from their seats, so there are no student logins or individual devices to organize before starting.

Ready-made decks make a quick round possible. Teacher-created decks let the same format fit a different topic or group.

What mattered

The clue is the center of the screen. It needs to be readable across the room, and the next reveal needs to be easy for the person leading the game.

The progression gives the activity its rhythm. An early clue might leave everyone guessing; a later one changes how the group reads everything that came before. The format leaves room for discussion without requiring a complicated set of rules.

Where it stands

Nope. Next Clue. is live and linked from the Tools/Games library on my class website. It supports shared-screen play and teacher-managed decks.
